What Are FoodZen Pre-Made Meals?
FoodZen offers fresh, chef-prepared meals delivered weekly throughout Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. Our meals are fully cooked and ready to heat, so there's no chopping, cooking or recipe cards - just heat and enjoy.
Our menu changes weekly and features real, whole ingredients, with locally and seasonally sourced foods whenever possible. Many of our meals are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, and most can be frozen for later.
Meals stay fresh in your refrigerator for approximately 3-6 days, depending on the dish, making it easy to stock your fridge with ready-to-heat lunches and dinners for the week.

Feeding one person or the whole family? FoodZen meals are available in multiple serving sizes, so you can order the amount that works for your household.
Unlike many prepared meal services, our family-size meals are packaged together rather than as individual meals. That means less packaging, easier serving and a meal that feels more like dinner around the table.
