Many of our meals are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, with a focus on balanced meals and thoughtful use of refined sugar and sodium. Everything arrives fully cooked, simply heat, eat and get on with your day.

We believe good food should follow the seasons. That's why our weekly pre-made meal menu changes every week, highlighting ingredients from Waterloo Region and Ontario whenever possible and pairing them with flavours inspired by cuisines from around the world.

Our meals are prepared fresh, not frozen, and most stay fresh in your refrigerator for 3-6 days. Many can also be frozen at home, making it easy to plan ahead, keep something wholesome on hand and reduce food waste.
